Update 2021

Fitness 2021- Online and Outdoor from May 11th
 
We have 14 live classes per week plus our recorded sessions available for you at any time. Our timetable includes Pilates, HIIT, and stretch/foam roll classes.


We now have evening fitness classes available on Monday and Wednesday as well as lunch time classes on Tuesday and Thursday.

Our new fee is €40 per month 2 month subscription -Sign Up here
or €50 per 1 month signup.

Outdoor classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursday in Salthill Park at 6.30pm



If the online classes don't work for you but you have the motivation to train on your own we also provide our remote training service.
We send you a weekly program that suits your lifestyle and fitness level. Each week you are sent 3 to 4 progressive workouts from Didier or Niall and we communicate with you via whatsapp and email.
Cost €50 per month.

Our online personal training also continues so contact us directly if that interests you.

Codes will be sent out on Sunday evening for our the timetable once you have signed up.

The Gym

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions we will not be allowed to open our gym until further notice but we understand this is for the best and we can see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. This gives us a chance to improve the gym. We will be getting the top studio floor completely re sanded and sealed. The studio will be ready for our members after lockdown and we look forward to getting back to one to one coaching and classes soon.

DFC is a personal training studio and gym located at the Galway Lawn Tennis club in Salthill. As well as personal training we run fitness classes, pilates, kettlebell classes and specialised group training for golfers, tennis players and sports teams. We focus on functional fitness, strength and conditioning and flexibility for all ages. Our clients range from competitive weightlifters to 80 year olds looking for stay flexible and healthy. We offer a very personal, high quality, premium service.
We also offer sports massage for muscular imbalances and sports injuries. What sets us apart is our caring, one-to-one approach and our knowledge of anatomy and injuries. We spend time with each client assessing their anatomy and history and our programs focus on exercise specific to the individual's needs. The DFC team is led by Didier Bouic who is a World silver medalist, European and national gold medalist in kettlebell lifting.
DFC is also home to the West Coast ketllebell club coached by Didier.

Our teenage fitness programs emphasize correct technique and safety. While we will improve their strength and conditioning in the short term we also want to make sure they understand the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle and injury prevention.
