Our HIIT classes are a full body high intensity workout designed to be fun as well as giving a great workout. All our instructors have their own style which helps keep workouts fresh, fun and challenging.
HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
Group fitness is great for individuals of all levels. Classes consist of 40 minutes fitness work with a warm up and stretch afterwards.

Class takes place Monday & Wednesday 7.10pm plus Saturday morning drop in class
€70 per 4 week block (2 classes a week) 8 Classes total
