Our bootcamp classes are a full body high intensity workout designed to be fun as well as giving a great workout. All our instructors have their own style which helps keep workouts fresh, fun and challenging.

Group fitness is great for individuals of all levels. Classes consist of 40 minutes fitness work with a warm up and stretch afterwards.

Classes can consist of but is not limited to.

  • Exercise Bikes & Assault Bike
  • TRX
  • Barbell and dumbell weights
  • Core exercises
  • Rope and sled work
  • Slam balls
  • Shuttle runs
  • Tyres and sledge hammer
  • Boxing bag and partner work

Packages are available to buy.


Class takes place Monday & Wednesday 7.10pm  plus Saturday morning drop in class at 9am

€65 per 4 week block (2 classes a week) 8 Classes total

Optional Programmed session on Friday €10 or Saturday morning 9am class €5
