We have a great team of experienced trainers at DFC to guide you towards your fitness Goals.

Our team is led by Didier Bouic. Strength and Conditioning Coach NCSC, NMT Therapist, Pilates instructor.

Didier is a vastly experienced trainer who focuses on the individual goals of each clients.

"I enjoy working with people who have a clear goal in sight whether that is getting in shape for a special event or preparing for the sporting season ahead."

Didier competes in Kettlebell Sport and enjoys running over many distances.

Niall McDonald

Niall is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach. He is qualified in many classes including Spin, Kettlebells, TRX and Boxercise as well as taking our Bootcamp and Active Fitness Classes. He has a big interest in training with Kettlebells and competed in his first competition in 2018. He has also completed a Half Ironman  (70.3 Mile) Race and has played several sports over the years including Gaelic Football and both Rugby Union and League. He completed a 100km run for charity in 2019.

In 2022 Niall obtained Orthopaedic Sports Massage and Neuromuscular therapy quailifications.
