Our Golf conditioning classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength and range of motion. Good conditioning can add extra distance to your game and improve swing consistency.
Our initial session will highlight any instability and areas which require attention. After this session we will tailor our program to work on exercises to help improve your weaknesses. We use elements of strength training, pilates and stretching.
Our Golf conditioning is ideal for those who want to follow a 6 or 8 week program and gain lasting knowledge and routines to improve their golf.
We are happy to work with local clubs and professionals in helping their members find the right program for them.
