You can now purchase a number of our classes in individual form or as part of a package.

For any clients who will be travelling or unable to attend classes for a while we have some of our mat pilates classes recorded by Didier in his home studio available to buy for €10. . This will give you access to these 35/40 minute classes for one week.

Our strength and conditioning 12 class course was recorded as part of our zoom Monday & Friday sessions over 6 weeks. This is an ideal time frame to complete the sessions.
