Didier Bouic  and Niall McDondald are qualified Neuromuscular Therapists. They are members of the Association of Neuromuscular and Physical Therapists. 

Neuromuscular massage is rehabilitative, soft tissue manipulation that includes Deep Tissue Massage, stretching and Trigger Point Therapy. Neuromuscular therapy reduces chronic pain and normalizes body posture by selectively loosening tight muscles and connective tissue. Our  goal as  Neuromuscular Therapists is to restore muscle balance to reduce pain that has occurred due to poor posture or injury.

Treatments are approx 60 mins in length and are by appointment only. Appointment Times: both early morning and late evenings are available to suit you (Monday-Friday)

Niall is availble on Saturday Mornings by appointment.
