We offer mat based Pilates and reformer Pilates in our Salthilll studio. 

Mat based Pilates Classes last 1 hour. 

Mat Pilates - Drop in classes cost €15 or 6 sessions for €75

We run regular beginner courses which you can book online.

For some of our classes we have a drop in option.

However many of our classes can only be booked by purchasing a pack of class credits

Ready to take it up a notch? Reformer Level 1+ pushes the boundaries of your practice! Ideal for those who have mastered Level 1, this class adds complexity and intensity to your workout. Get ready for a dynamic session that will elevate your strength and stamina!

Pilates Matwork can be done anywhere, anytime and with modifications: it can be done by anyone! It is is a full-body workout and fantastic for developing core strength, balance and flexibility throughout the body. It is commonly performed using large and small equipment to increase the resistance, challenge the body further and to also focus the mind on the muscles being targeted.

 

The extensive mat repertoire of exercises allows the body to rediscover movement patterns and restore the mind-body connection instantly!

There is so much variety offered within the Matwork that one should never be bored and always challenged! You’ll be surprised at how challenging working with only a mat can be and delighted with the results!
